In business we all have experienced that sometimes there is a glitch (an issue) where you need help from someone in support. I recently experience a problem with the product from Umbrella that I had purchased. The support team actually worked on the problem for almost a week, but got the issue resolved. I've worked with many SAAS companies and very few stand behind the products they sell, but Umbrella does. If I were to rate their service on a scale of 1-10, I would have to give them a 15. They are really that good. So if you are a skeptic as to whether you should get involved with Umbrella (as I was) I hope this review lets you set you skepticsm aside, and get involved with these good people. I highly recommend them.

In business we all have experienced that sometimes there is a glitch (an issue) where you need help from someone in support. I recently experience a problem with the product from Umbrella that I had purchased. The support team actually worked on the probl... em for almost a week, but got the issue resolved. I've worked with many SAAS companies and very few stand behind the products they sell, but Umbrella does. If I were to rate their service on a scale of 1-10, I would have to give them a 15. They are really that good. So if you are a skeptic as to whether you should get involved with Umbrella (as I was) I hope this review lets you set you skepticsm aside, and get involved with these good people. Patience, understanding, following my instructions to try to take ... payment from her end, warm and kind hearted with a sense of a peaceful nature, this is the kind of customer service agent I need when Im in a panic on my end trying to find out why Im struggling to make payment.
